Delivery is for UK mainland only usually within 2-3 days by our carriers APC Monday-Friday only. Deliveries do require a signature. If you have any questions please email or contact us via telephone.
Christmas 2025 Delivery Information
The last date we will ship orders will be Monday 22nd December and the cut off time for ordering is 12 noon. Any order placed after Thursday 18th December may not arrive in time for Christmas with our carriers.
The office will open on 2nd January 2026 so any order placed after 22nd December will be sent early January 2026. Please telephone or email us if you need to check anything.
Delivery Exclusions
Delivery as defined by our carriers is calculated by weight at checkout. Please note our carriers do class certain postcodes as highlands that may not be, unfortunately we can not control these charges and any delivery charges will be shown when you enter your postcode at checkout.
Delivery excludes Northern Ireland and some Scottish highlands and offshore areas. Please contact us if you need a delivery to this location and we will give you some options.
